Guidelines for Abstract Submission :
Abstracts should be submitted through online from the website.
The word count for abstract is 300 words (from Aim to Conclusion)
Abstract should be structured and should contain Title, Authors Name, Institutional affiliation, Aim, Methodology, Results, Conclusion and 3 Keywords.
No Figures, Graphs and Tables are allowed in the Abstract.
The abstracts should be checked for plagiarism before submitting.
Only one presenting author is allowed for presentation in the conference. The certificate of presentation will be provided to the same person.
The presenting authors are requested to register themselves well in advance. No spot registration will be entertained for presenting authors.
Kindly prepare your abstract in MS word file, Double space, Times New Roman font (Title Font Size 14 & Running Font Size 12) with justified alignment.
The MS word file size should not be more than 1 MB.

Presentation should be prepared in Power Point using the 4:3 standard slide setting.
Presentation Allocated Time: Presentation 5 mins / Q & A 2mins.
MS-Power Point (*.ppt) presentations are preferred.
Please mention your CODE in the title page.
Pictures and animations linked to the Internet or to other files will NOT be accessible.
Please do not disclose your identity (name/affiliation/organization) in the presentation title or acknowledgement section; disclosing the same shall lead to disqualification.
Kindly name your file in the following format: CODE.ppt (OPP01.ppt)
It is mandatory to submit the presentation file at the preview counter on 20th February, 2020 at the conference venue.
The participant should be strictly present at the venue during the allotted time; failure to do so will lead to disqualification (the venue will be intimated at the earliest).
Certificate will be issued subject to presentation.
